We have decided to sell our Belizean Estate Hacienda Victoria after 12  years of developing this paradise in Sarteneja on the north coast of Belize - 36 acres stretching from the main road down to the sea.

 

Because: The village airfield is only one mile away and we were able to acquire the neighbouring land and have embarked on developing yet another Belizean Paradise - a fly-in community.

 

You can become a permanent resident of Belize if you are over 45 years and have means to sustain yourself.

 

There is no income tax in Belize for income generated outside the country.
